New Sales Director to Drive Growth as TFM Networks develops its Channel Model

Daren Wallington sets the TFM agenda for growth in Direct and Indirect Markets.

Daren Wallington has been appointed as Sales Director at leading Telecom Provider, TFM Networks. Daren will head up the sales drive in both direct and indirect channels as the company implements its strategic plan to double revenues through organic growth, market development and selective acquisitions.

Wallington joins the TFM management team at a key time and with 19 years experience in both the direct and indirect markets, at industry leading operators and service providers including TalkTalk Business, will assume responsibility for steering growth moving forward.

Commenting on the appointment, TFM Networks C.E.O., Stewart Yates, said, “Daren brings outstanding sales leadership and expertise to the management team. TFM Networks is a business that has grown through a straightforward and thorough understanding of the technology challenges that its customers face. Daren’s pragmatic style of leadership complements our approach to doing business and his in depth knowledge of both technology and market has already sharpened the focus of our propositions to customers and partners. His experience and the respect he has built in the channel and throughout the industry will enable TFM to realise its full market potential in the coming 12 months.”

Looking to the future, Daren believes that staying true to its principles will be the key to TFM Networks’ future success, remarking, “It’s very much business as usual; keeping doing what we do well , with one important change: to tell the market about it so everyone can take advantage of TFM Networks and its products. Anyone who knows TFM Networks will be aware that its market proposition is well placed for its direct customer base. However, it is less well known for its partner offering, despite doing it for years. So that’s my first priority; formalising our partner programme to enable dealers and resellers to share in the future growth of the TFM Networks business.”
