Arklyz acquires Gabor, strengthening its global position in Premium Footwear and expanding its Lifestyle Portfolio

Arklyz AG (“Arklyz”), a global enterprise active in sports, lifestyle, and fashion, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Gabor Shoes (“Gabor”) together with all its operating subsidiaries, one of Europe’s leading footwear brands renowned for its craftsmanship, comfort, and quality.

The transaction marks a significant strategic expansion for Arklyz as it continues to build a diverse and high-performing portfolio across the global sports, footwear and lifestyle markets. By combining Arklyz’s dynamic, multi-brand platform and international distribution expertise with Gabor’s strong European heritage and loyal customer base, the acquisition positions both companies for accelerated, sustainable growth.

Through this acquisition, Arklyz aims to enhance Gabor’s international presence, expand digital and direct-to-consumer channels, and unlock operational synergies across sourcing, design, and brand management.

The closing of the acquisition is subject to customary anti-trust approvals and other standard closing conditions. The parties have agreed not to disclose financial details of the transaction.
