Agency to Provide Strategy, Creative and Media Support to Strengthen Member Relationships and Drive Growth Across Ohio
Cactus, a full-service creative agency specializing in strategy, creative, and media, will partner with Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc. (WPCU), the largest credit union in Ohio, to help protect and grow the credit union’s strong member base while supporting expansion into new and existing markets.

As Integrated Agency of Record, Cactus will deliver end-to-end capabilities, including brand strategy and positioning; creative development across TV, video, radio, out-of-home (OOH), social, display, and search; full-funnel media planning and buying; member journey mapping and experience optimization, and more.
The initial creative work, launching in June, will be based on one of the concepts presented during the agency pitch. The campaign is designed to strengthen engagement with existing members while introducing Wright-Patt Credit Union to new audiences in the markets it serves.
During the selection process, the Cactus team immersed itself in Wright-Patt Credit Union’s business, members, and local markets, developing a deep understanding of the brand and identifying opportunities to enhance its presence and support sustainable growth.
